Astraz Software Solutions Llp built the IT Management as a free application. This service is provided to help restaurants manage employees, payments. By using this app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Restaurant Details: IT name, address, contact number, owner details.
• Employer Details: Name, mobile number, email ID, role and login credentials.
• Employee Personal Details: Name, phone number, address, ID proof, profile photo.
• Employee Job Details: Job title, department, salary, shift timing, joining date.
• Previous Employment Details: Previous company name, role, experience duration.
• Payment Information: Salary payments, advances, deductions, payment history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage IT and employee records.
• To process employee salary and employer payments.
• To store employee previous job and experience details.
• To improve app performance and user experience.
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Payments & Salary Processing

The app allows employers to record and manage employee salary payments. Payment information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized users.

5. Permissions We Require

• Camera & Gallery: For uploading profile photos and documents.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell user data. Information may be shared only:

• Between IT owners and authorized staff.
• With service providers for operational purposes.
• When required by law or government authorities.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no digital system is completely secure.

• Employer Notifications: Employers or authorized administrators may send notifications to employees including work-related updates, instructions, and important information.
• Administrative Messages: System administrators may send alerts regarding account activity, service updates, or important notices.

Notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and are linked to your registered device token. You may choose to disable notifications at any time through your device settings; however, some notifications are essential for service-related communication and may still be required for proper use of the app.

11. Refund Policy

At IT App, we strive to ensure that all payments are processed smoothly and securely. However, in certain situations, refunds may be applicable as outlined below:

• Failed or Incomplete Transactions:
  If a payment transaction fails or is not completed successfully, but the amount is debited from your bank account, the debited amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
• Duplicate Payments:
  If the same payment is debited more than once due to technical issues, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
• Processing Time:
  Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
• Mode of Refund:
  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (bank account, UPI, card, etc.). Cash refunds are not supported.
• Non-Refundable Cases:
  Payments successfully completed for valid contributions, claims, or services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by the IT App.
• Final Authority:
  The final decision regarding refunds rests with IT App.

12. Cancellation Policy

Employer can request cancellation by contacting the organization. Processed services may not be cancelled.

13. Terms & Conditions

• Provide correct information
• Misuse leads to suspension
• Organization can approve/reject Employer

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This service is governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under Kasaragod, Kerala jurisdiction.
